UPS3 15-50/65 130 High efficiency canned-rotor circulator, designed for circulating liquids in domestic heating systems. Is suitable as stand-alone or integrated circulator pump in existing systems as replacement or in new heating systems. Features Three constant curves/constant speed curves. Two proportional-pressure curves. Two constant-pressure curves. Low EEI (Energy Efficiency Index). Deblocking device. Alarm and warning indication Low noise level. Very simple installation. Replaces UPS2 and Alpha2 The pump features three control modes: Constant pressure control with two setting Proportional pressure control with two settings Constant curve mode with three settings Additionally, easy and user-friendly one-button interface makes replacement and settings simple and fast.Furthermore, the speed can be controlled by a low-voltage PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) profile A – Heating LEDs indicate the actual operating status as well as warnings and alarms The design of the pump and chosen materials contribute to long life. The pump is self-venting through the system, which contributes to easy commissioning. The compact design, featuring a pump head with an integrated control box, fits into most common installations, as well as boilers, due to the ambient temperature range. Pump and motor form an integral unit without a shaft seal. The bearings are lubricated by the pumped liquid. These constructional features ensure maintenance-free operation. Servicing screw accessible from the front allows for easy access to the pump shaft if necessary to deblock the pump once installed. The pump housing is made of cast iron. The pump housing is electrocoated to improve corrosion resistance. The motor is a synchronous permanent-magnet motor characterised by high efficiency. The pump speed is controlled by an integrated frequency converter incorporated in the control box.
